Introducing the new 48 Symbol Classic with features that you have ask for; Portuguese bridge, larger cockpit, more seating on the flybridge, amidships owners stateroom, up to three staterooms and more. For safety and comfort at sea, the Portuguese bridge is a very important feature. It is the area just forward of the pilothouse that is protected by a waist high bulkhead deflecting wind and seas providing a safer walkway around the exterior of the yacht. By deflecting the seas in heavy weather conditions, the side deck walkways stay relatively free of water.

The new 48 Symbol Classic is now available with a bulbous bow to increased performance by reducing wave height created by the hull, reduce hull resistance and increase W.L. This option will be available at no charge on our first 48 construction order.

New deck tooling for our proven large hull with 15' 10" beam. Symbol Yachts' major hull structure lamination with the flexural and tensile strength meeting the ABS "Guide for Building and Classing Motor Pleasure Yachts, 2000" requirement. Symbol Yacht Co. includes a 5 year structural hull warranty.

Forward settee a great area to relax or have your morning coffee. Decks are core with closed cell foam, molded with a diamond non-skid pattern then coated with Awlgrip with Griptex for maximum safety. Non-skid color is Symbol beige-standard feature.

Amidships stateroom with your option of one or two additional staterooms.

Flybridge features two helmseats or double helm seat, "L" shaped settee with table, fold down arch, boat deck with standard crane and Bimini.
