Symbol Yacht Company, Ltd. has been under the same family ownership since 1982, building semi-custom yachts up to 88'. Symbol Yacht Co. is ISO 9001 approved, building yachts under the ISO quality control management system.

World-renowned Jack W. Sarin N.A. designed the new series using the proven modified “V” hull for economical cruising and best performance. Mr. Sarin's firm has designed many of the large yachts we see on the covers of most yachting magazines.

Economical cruising at 8 kts using 5.6 GPH with a range of 1286 NM @ 90% of tankage. Cruise @ 9 kts using 8.4 GPH or 10 kts using 12.8 GPH with a top speed of 19.7 kts when needed. Pilothouse sound levels were from 63 to 76 dB-A, sound levels did not go into the seventies until 12 kts and over. Fyybridge sound levels will be much lower.

The new deck and cabin house are an American Traditional design featuring the safety of a Portuguese Bridge capped with S/S hand rails, convenient forward deck seating and covered side decks. Cockpit and pilothouse access to the wide body FLYBRIDGE, designed with practicality in mind.
The Symbol 51, 55 and 59 hulls are designed to be sea-friendly first and foremost; range, comfort, luxury, rugged cruiser are all words that can easily be used to describe her. The efficient hull design will provide excellent speed, economy and range with your choice of engines. Prop pockets for added efficiency, deep keel provides directional stability and protection for props.
Wide windows permit the maximum in visibility for safety and contribute to the open designed of the new Classic Series. The three-stateroom layout will comfortably sleep six people, with plenty of storage available for whatever is required for your voyage. As always, materials and artisan-ship are of the utmost priority. A fine selection of rich woods are available for your interior in addition to luxurious fixtures and counter top materials ready for your choosing. This yacht is designed for the owner/operator and is ready to cruise with long range capability, sea worthiness, low maintenance and luxury. The exquisite woodwork and flawless joinery that have made other Symbols famous is standard and as always, owner input is required
